Free Meal Planning Printable

Hello love! I recently posted a photo of my weekly meal plan on Facebook and got questions about where I got my planning page. Well, I made it. 🙂

I’ve been dabbling with Etsy and started creating planning pages for my shop. Normally, I would post this for $3 but I thought, you know what? I’m just gonna treat my reader friends and give this baby away for free!

Meal planning is something I swear by, and this printable has come in so handy that I can’t imagine trying to plan without it. My kids always know what’s for dinner so that eliminates the daily “what’s for dinner?” question. Although what they get most excited about is the dessert column!

How I Meal Plan

My meal planning day is Friday. Every Friday I sit down with my recipes and start picking out meals for the week. As I write each meal down on my planning page, I also start writing out my grocery list.

If I’m flipping through new recipes, the whole process start to finish takes me about an hour. One hour to plan out 7 days worth of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, and Snacks for a family of five. Well, six if you count my pregnant belly 😉

If I’m going off of recipes my family already loves, it only takes me thirty minutes to plan out the week.
